Joint meeting of the European Society for the History of Science and History of Science Society themed 'Shifting Perspectives: Plural Worlds, Contested Sciences'.
The 2026 ESHS/HSS Joint Meeting will be an in-person international gathering of scholars at the University of Edinburgh. Submissions are welcome on any topic in the history of science, technology, and medicine (STM). Proposals engaging the conference theme are particularly encouraged, focusing on shifting perspectives that account for marginal voices, contested truths, epistemic disobedience, plurality in knowledge forms, worldviews, and disciplinary approaches.
