Full-time faculty members are responsible for teaching courses as assigned, student advisement and involvement in student related activities, college and community service, professional development and promotion of a collegial atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach the equivalent of five (5) courses per semester (fall and spring)
• Adhere to college policies and procedures
• Adapt teaching strategies and technologies to meet diverse learning needs of students
• Maintain accurate grade and attendance records
• Develop and revise curriculum
• Advise students
• Service on college-wide committees
• Attend all departmental, division, and general faculty meetings
• Maintain a minimum of 10 office hours per week
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field

Experience

• College level teaching experience

Preferred Education

• Master’s degree in Construction Management

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Degree in Construction Management preferred
• Construction Estimating expertise preferred
• Mechanical/Electrical experience preferred
• Building Information Modeling (BIM) experience preferred
