Maintenance Mechanic

The primary purpose of the Maintenance Mechanic position is to perform plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, and household appliance repair and preventative maintenance services so that the residence halls are kept in good repair and meet all local, state, and federal regulations for safe and habitable housing.
The Maintenance Mechanic will complete assigned work orders and process information through the use of an online work order system. The Maintenance Mechanic will also oversee and train student maintenance staff.
