About This Opportunity
AUSCERT is seeking an experienced and motivated Manager Analyst Team to lead its core operational functions. The Analyst Team delivers AUSCERT’s key cybersecurity services — including threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and incident support — that help strengthen cyber resilience across Australia and the region.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and supporting the delivery of cybersecurity services in a complex environment, ensuring 24/7 operational coverage for AUSCERT members.
- Leading and mentoring the Analyst Team, fostering a culture of collaboration, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
- Driving operational excellence and change initiatives across AUSCERT’s key service areas — threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and incident support.
- Collaborating with the General Manager and leadership team to align operational priorities with AUSCERT’s strategic goals and enhance organisational capabilities.
