Remuneration: Total remuneration range: $95,981 to $108,257 pa (HEW5) (inclusive of $81,105 to $91,478 salary pa, 17% superannuation and 17.5% recreation leave loading)
Location: Kelvin Grove

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a WIL Officer to join Office of the Deputy Dean, Faculty of Health.
The WIL Officer is part of the Work Integrated Learning Support (WILS) team which supports QUT's Faculty of Health placement program. The WIL Officer coordinates student placements including undertaking a broad range of administrative processes, client liaison and providing advice and information to students, staff and industry partners.

The WILS team operates within the Office of the Deputy Dean, Faculty of Health. QUT’s Faculty of Health attracts high-quality students with more than 10 000 students enrolled in undergraduate, postgraduate coursework and research higher degree programs across its seven schools. The WILS team supports the placement program for all seven schools.
What you need to succeed
- Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to completion of a degree, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Demonstrated interpersonal, high-level oral communication and client service skills including the ability to clearly communicate, consult, negotiate and liaise with individuals both internal and external to an organisation in achieving business outcomes.
- Demonstrated high level attention to detail in data entry, document handling, and records management.
- Highly developed attention to detail and organisational skills to manage a high volume of tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines with limited supervision.
- Demonstrated written communication skills including the ability to draft and edit routine correspondence such as letters and emails with a high degree of clarity and accuracy.
- Demonstrated digital literacy skills including the ability to use a variety of software packages, such as the Microsoft Office suite, work-integrated learning management software, content management systems, and team communication and collaboration tools.
