Anne Rifkin-Graboi is a Research Associate Professor in the Departments of Psychological Medicine and Paediatrics at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. She joined NUS in 2025 and serves as the Principal Investigator of the LOVING project, Singapore's largest parenting intervention study focused on sensitive caregiving. Her work draws on more than 15 years of experience leading and collaborating on large-scale cohort studies that span multiple disciplines.
Prior to her appointment at NUS, she held positions at Nanyang Technological University’s National Institute of Education, where she served as Head of Infancy and Early Childhood Research at the Centre for Research in Child Development. She holds a Ph.D. in Psychology and maintains research interests in parent-child relationships, maternal mental health, and child neurocognitive development.
