Claiton Henrique Dotto Bau is Professor of Genetics at the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul. He has held this position in the Department of Genetics at the Instituto de Biociências since 1994. His research centers on psychiatric genetics, with a particular emphasis on attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder and alcohol dependence.
