Duohui He is an Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering affiliated with the National Synchrotron Radiation Laboratory at the University of Science and Technology of China. His research focuses on accelerator physics and technology, including superconducting radio frequency cavities for accelerators, high harmonic radiation based on storage rings, and synchrotron radiation sources. He has contributed to the construction and commissioning of the Hefei synchrotron radiation source, a national facility featuring an 800 MeV storage ring and a 200 MeV injector linac.
He Duohui has participated in international conferences such as IPAC, presenting work on topics including mild energy modulation schemes for higher harmonic radiation in storage rings and generation of sub-femtosecond electron beams. His affiliations and contributions appear in proceedings from events on physics and applications of high brightness beams, as well as studies on coherent terahertz synchrotron radiation and chirp control of tunable terahertz synchrotron radiation. He is listed among professors in areas such as nuclear technology and applications and radiation and environmental protection at USTC.
