Dr Ibrahim Ibrahim serves as an Adjunct Fellow at the Institute for Sustainable Futures at the University of Technology Sydney. His research interests centre on renewable power systems, distributed energy resources systems, energy economics, flexible demand technologies, and the application of artificial intelligence and machine learning in energy contexts. He previously held the position of Research Associate with the School of Electrical and Data Engineering at UTS and served as a Visiting Researcher with the CSIRO Energy Centre.
Ibrahim Ibrahim holds a B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from An-Najah National University. He has contributed to projects involving photovoltaic systems modelling and optimisation, microgrids, smart grids, and power quality. His work also encompasses demand management program development in his role at Ausgrid.
