Janaína Rodrigues Feijó is a professor in the undergraduate Economics program at FGV EPGE and a researcher at the Labor Market and Productivity Center of FGV IBRE. She holds a PhD in Economics (2019), a Master’s degree in Economics (2015), and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (2014), all from the Graduate Program in Economics at the Federal University of Ceará (CAEN/UFC). Her research focuses on the intersection of labor markets and economic development, with emphasis on education and social inequalities.
Prior to her current roles, Feijó served as a PhD scholarship researcher at IPEA from 2020 to 2021. She has worked as an economic advisor at the Secretariat for Economic Development and Innovation of the City of Rio de Janeiro and at the Finance Secretariat of the City of Fortaleza. Additional experience includes roles as a technical analyst at the Institute for Economic Research and Strategy of Ceará (IPECE), research consulting for the World Bank and a member of the Legislative Assembly of Ceará, and as a substitute professor at the Federal University of Ceará.
