Jianyong Han is a professor in the College of Biological Sciences at China Agricultural University. He holds a Ph.D. in Biology from China Agricultural University. His research focuses on pluripotent stem cells, embryonic stem cell reprogramming, and stem cell biology, with particular emphasis on large animal models including bovine and porcine species. Han has contributed to studies on the generation of induced pluripotent stem cells from bovine embryonic fibroblast cells and the characterization of stable pig epiblast stem cell lines. He is affiliated with the State Key Laboratory for Agrobiotechnology at the university. Han has authored or co-authored numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals on topics related to stem cell differentiation, cell culture, and embryonic development in animals. His work includes investigations into lineage segregation during pig embryonic development using single-cell RNA sequencing approaches.
