About Jinjun

Professor Jinjun Wang is a professor at Southwest University in the College of Plant Protection. He holds a Ph.D. in Entomology. His research focuses on invertebrate molecular biology, physiology, behavioral and evolutionary ecology, toxicology, and pest management. He serves as a scientist in citrus insect pest control for the China Agricultural Research System (CARS) under the Chinese Ministry of Agriculture, a position he has held since 2007. He is also a leading scientist of the Innovation Research Team of Fundamental Research on Sustainable Pest Control.

Professor Wang maintains an active research profile with extensive publications in entomology and pest control, reflected in high citation counts on academic databases. His work contributes to advancements in understanding pest biology and developing management strategies.
