Laszlo Sajtos is an Associate Professor in Marketing at the University of Auckland Business School. He completed studies in Marketing at Budapest University of Economic Sciences in 2006 and holds a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Auckland. He has been affiliated with the University of Auckland since 2006.
His research focuses on how emergent technologies shape people's life and work. In particular, he explores how customers and frontline employees form relationships with AI, robots and other business automations and the subsequent impact on companies and brands. He has supervised over 50 postgraduate candidates in Europe and New Zealand.
