Dr. Liang Zhong is an Associate Professor in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at the National University of Singapore. He holds joint appointments with Duke-NUS Medical School and serves as Principal Investigator at the National Heart Centre Singapore and the National Heart Research Institute Singapore. His research interests include cardiovascular mechanics, noninvasive medical imaging, multi-physics modeling, and coronary circulation.
He received his PhD in Engineering from Nanyang Technological University. Dr. Zhong leads the Cardiovascular Engineering group and contributes to translational research in cardiovascular science and engineering.
