Rate My Professor Lori Ann Post

Professor Lori Ann Post serves as the Buehler Professor of Geriatric Medicine and Professor in the Departments of Emergency Medicine and Medical Social Sciences at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. She is Director of the Buehler Center for Health Policy and Economics within the Institute for Public Health and Medicine (IPHAM). Her work centers on injury control science with emphasis on policy and injury prevention, as well as issues related to aging, geriatric patients with disabilities, and aging in low-income countries.

Dr. Post earned her Ph.D. in Sociology from Michigan State University. She has held prior academic affiliations with Yale University and Michigan State University. She also maintains affiliations with the Potocsnak Longevity Institute and the Robert J. Havey, MD Institute for Global Health at Northwestern.
