Rate My Professor Michael Tse

Professor Michael Tse serves as Dean of Business Studies at the Victorian Institute of Technology (VIT). He brings more than 20 years of experience in higher education to the role. Prior to joining VIT, he held leadership positions at several Australian universities and independent higher education institutions.

His research expertise lies in accounting, information systems, and business education. Professor Tse is the editor-in-chief of Management Accounting Frontiers and has held previous editorial roles with Australian and international journals. He earned his PhD in Accounting from La Trobe University. He is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (FCA), a Fellow Certified Management Accountant (FCMA) of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants, and a Senior Member (MACS Snr) of the Australian Computer Society.
