Mike Cheung is a full professor and Head of the Department of Psychology at the National University of Singapore (NUS), within the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences. He holds a Ph.D. in Psychology (2002), an M.Phil., and a B.S.Sc. from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. His research focuses on quantitative methods, including structural equation modeling, meta-analysis, and multilevel modeling, with a primary emphasis on integrating meta-analysis and structural equation modeling.
Cheung has held appointments at NUS since earlier roles in the Department of Management & Organisation and was promoted to full professor in 2020. He serves as Associate Editor of Research Synthesis Methods and Neuropsychology Review, and on the editorial boards of Psychological Bulletin, Journal of Management, Health Psychology Review, and Methods in Psychology. He has received awards including the Faculty Research Award.
