Rate My Professor Mohammed Razik Parakandi

Dr. Mohammed Razik Parakandi serves as Director of Academic Quality and Accreditation at Abu Dhabi University. He has held the position of Associate Professor of Management at the university since 2009. Dr. Parakandi holds a PhD and is a Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (PFHEA). His responsibilities include leading national and international accreditation activities as well as quality assurance initiatives at the institution.

Dr. Parakandi’s research contributions include publications on organizational work-life balance practices in the United Arab Emirates, psychological contracts and employee intention to leave, performance management systems in fast-growth small-to-medium enterprises, leadership effects on women’s career paths, and the role of soft skills in management. His work has appeared in journals such as Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews, Review of International Business and Strategy, and International Journal of Productivity and Performance Management.
