Dr. Muhammad Usman Tariq Kazi serves as Associate Professor of Business Analytics and Operations Management and Chair of Research Development and Doctoral Studies at Abu Dhabi University in the College of Business. He is a strategic higher education leader with more than 18 years of international experience across the Middle East and Asia. Dr. Kazi holds dual doctorates, including a PhD in Artificial Intelligence with a focus on Applied Computational Intelligence and a DBA in Management. His additional qualifications include an MA in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education and an MS in Computing with an emphasis on Software Engineering.

Dr. Kazi is recognized as a Principal Fellow of Advance HE (PFHEA), a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD (CFCIPD), a Senior Fellow of SEDA, a Senior Member of IEEE, and a Certified Management and Business Educator (CMBE). His expertise encompasses accreditation and quality assurance, digital learning transformation, institutional governance, and strategic human resource development. He has led initiatives in programme and curriculum design, academic incubators, research laboratories, and international partnerships spanning higher education, aviation, finance, and technology sectors.
