Norishige Yotsukura is a Professor in the Division of Biosphere Science, Course in Aquatic Biology, at the Graduate School of Environmental Science, Hokkaido University. His research areas include fisheries science and general fisheries, with an emphasis on algae, field and laboratory work in coastal regions.
