About Nour

Dr. Nour Kibbi is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained dermatologic surgeon serving as Clinical Associate Professor of Dermatology at Stanford University. She completed her medical degree at Yale School of Medicine in 2015, followed by an internship in internal medicine at Yale New Haven Hospital, dermatology residency at Yale University Department of Dermatology in 2019, and a fellowship in dermatologic surgery at Yale in 2020. Her clinical practice focuses on Mohs micrographic surgery for skin cancer as well as laser and injectable treatments for aging and sun-damaged skin. Research interests include rare skin tumors, challenging lip lesions, photodynamic therapy for non-melanoma skin cancer, and cosmetic procedures for acne scars and autoimmune conditions. Her work has been presented at national and international meetings and published in journals including Lancet Oncology, Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, British Journal of Dermatology, and Journal of Dermatologic Surgery. Dr. Kibbi has held administrative roles including Section Editor for the British Journal of Dermatology since 2021 and Chief Resident at Yale Dermatology from 2018 to 2019. She has received honors such as the Mohs Surgeon Leading the Future award from the American College of Mohs Surgery in 2021-2022, the Mentorship Award from the Women's Dermatologic Society in 2018, the Kenneth Fields Award from the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery in 2017, and the Harold H. Lamport Biomedical Research Prize from Yale School of Medicine in 2015. She serves as Vice President and board member of the Association of Academic Cosmetic Dermatologists and as guidelines lead co-author for the Committee on Invasive Skin Tumor Evidence-Based Recommendations.
