Dr Oliver Kennedy is an NIHR Clinical Lecturer in the Division of Cancer Sciences at the University of Manchester. He also serves as a Medical Oncologist at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust. His research examines cancer care for individuals with learning disabilities, including population-based studies on bowel cancer symptoms, diagnostic pathways, treatment and survival, as well as cancer diagnoses, referrals and survival outcomes in this population. He has contributed to work on cancer mortality in individuals with a learning disability and inequalities in care for men with learning disabilities and prostate cancer.
