Rouba Karen Zeidan is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Research Institute for Medical and Health Sciences at the University of Sharjah. She holds a PharmD, an MPH, and a PhD in Epidemiology from Université Paul Sabatier (Toulouse III), completed between 2013 and 2016. Prior to her role at the University of Sharjah, she served as Associate Professor of Epidemiology and Biostatistics at the Faculty of Public Health II, Lebanese University.
Her research focuses on clinical epidemiology and public health topics, including studies on COVID-19 outcomes, long COVID symptoms and risk factors, mpox knowledge and perceptions, and related health outcomes in the United Arab Emirates. She is a member of the Research Committee at the Research Institute for Medical and Health Sciences.
