Sam Stemper is a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in the Department of Economics at the University of Auckland, within the Faculty of Business and Economics. He earned his PhD in Public Policy/Economics from Harvard University in 2023. His research focuses on labour economics and the economics of education, with particular interests in human capital development, technology, and management.
