Shinya Inazumi is a Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at the College of Engineering, Shibaura Institute of Technology. He earned his Master of Engineering and Doctor of Engineering degrees from Kyoto University in 2000 and 2003, respectively. Inazumi previously held positions as Assistant Professor at Kyoto University and Professor at the National Institute of Technology, Akashi College before joining Shibaura Institute of Technology in 2017 as Professor.
