Rate My Professor Xiujuan Sha

Xiujuan Sha is an Associate Professor and Master’s supervisor at the School of Economics and Management, Dalian Ocean University. She earned her Doctor of Management degree with a major in Financial Management from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics. Born in April 1986, she currently serves as Deputy Director of the Accounting Teaching and Research Office and has held leadership roles including Chairperson of the Department of Business Administration. Her research focuses on management accounting, high-quality development, and marine economy. She teaches courses including Management Accounting, Taxation, Internal Control, and Easy Personal Finance.

Sha has published peer-reviewed papers such as “Research on Management Accounting Tools, Management Accounting Functions and Value Creation—Based on the Perspective of Enterprise Value Chain” in Accounting Friends (2022), “Domestic Value Chain Docking with Global Value Chain: Analysis of China’s Provincial Export Value-Added Acquisition Path” in China Soft Science (2022), and “Research Review of Management Accounting Tools: Review and Prospect” in Finance and Accounting Monthly (2019). She authored the monograph “Application of Management Accounting Tools and Enterprise Value Creation—Based on the Perspective of Enterprise Value Chain,” published by Capital University of Economics and Business Press in 2019. She has led projects including the Liaoning Provincial Department of Education project on digital economy boosting high-quality development of Liaoning’s marine fisheries (2023) and others on innovation-driven high-quality development of private enterprises. Sha received the Liaoning Province “Hundred, Thousand, Ten Thousand Talents Project” Ten Thousand Level Talent honor in 2020 and multiple teaching awards, including the Dalian Ocean University Undergraduate Teaching Achievement Award (Second Prize, university level) in 2022, along with guidance awards for student competitions in areas such as agricultural economics modeling and e-commerce innovation.
