Yuhi Inada is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Materials Science and Engineering at Kyoto Institute of Technology. He earned a Bachelor of Engineering from Kyoto Institute of Technology in 2010, a Master of Engineering from Osaka University in 2012, and a Doctor of Engineering from Osaka University in 2015. Prior to his current appointment, Inada served as a JSPS Special Research Fellow (DC2) from 2014, conducted research as a visiting researcher at Ulm University in Germany in 2015, and held a JSPS Special Research Fellow (PD) position in 2015. He joined Kyoto Institute of Technology as Assistant Professor in 2016.
Inada’s research centers on the creation, manufacture, and analysis of the photo- and electro-properties of organic and carbon functional materials. His work is affiliated with the Polymeric Materials Design course within the Department of Applied Chemistry. He is a member of the Chemical Society of Japan and the Japan Society of Applied Physics.
