Rate My Professor Yvonne Gao

Yvonne Y. Gao is an Associate Professor in the Department of Physics at the National University of Singapore (NUS) and a Principal Investigator at the Centre for Quantum Technologies (CQT). She holds the NUS Presidential Young Professorship and is an NRF Fellow. Gao earned a B.A. from the University of Oxford and a Ph.D. in Physics from Yale University in 2018, where her doctoral research under advisor Robert J. Schoelkopf focused on multi-cavity operations in circuit quantum electrodynamics. Prior to her faculty appointment at NUS, she worked as a Research Scientist at A*STAR in Singapore.
