Adjunct Faculty, Dental Assisting Technology and Management (Academic Year 2026-2027)
The Allied Health department offers college-level Dental Assisting Technology and Management courses in the following format: face-to-face. Adjunct instructors instruct students in theory and clinic, develop curricula, assess student learning, participate in program evaluation, and maintain College and department standards. This position reports to the Department Head, Allied Health.
Minimum Qualifications: Graduation from an institution that holds accreditation recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and approved by the College with a associate degree in a qualifying field with two years of relevant work experience, current Certified Dental Assistant certification issued by the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB), and current BLS for health care providers. Successful results of a criminal background check are required.

Salary Range: Adjunct Faculty shall be paid on an hourly basis according to degree level and hours submitted on a bi-weekly time report as follows:
Bachelor’s Degree or less: $32.00
Master’s Degree: $35.00
Doctorate: $38.00
