University Athletics - Facilities
Job Summary
Assist with game, facility, and event operations of Athletic Department. Ensure facilities, planning, and operations are consistent to build consistency for Georgia Southern University and Athletics program.
Responsibilities
- Perform game, facility, and event operations duties, including set up and tear down
- Plan and maintain facilities and event software systems, as well as procedures and policies
- Report known or suspected violations of NCAA or conference regulations to the appropriate Athletics or Institutional administrator
- Support resources used in management and promotion of University's athletics program
- Serve as a point of contact for game officials
- May be responsible for staffing personnel to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for attendants
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience
- Two (2) years of applicable experience
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Experience
- Facilities, Events, Game Management experience within Division I FBS intercollegiate athletics
Proposed Salary
$18.12 - $22.21 per hour
This is a non-exempt position paid on a biweekly basis.
