About the role:
Operating within Occupational Therapy (Ballarat), the Associate Lecturer/Lecturer in Occupational Therapy (OT) will be supported by an established local and national academic team and make a significant contribution to the implementation and development of the Bachelor of Occupational Therapy degree course. Over the last 10 years substantial efforts have been undertaken to decolonise the curriculum and enhance cultural supports to ensure they are embedded within the school, faculty and university for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students. As ACU has a strong focus on community engagement this position will collaborate with local communities. The Associate Lecturer/Lecturer in Occupational Therapy will work closely with the campus Course Coordinator, Deputy Head of School, Head of Discipline and other university staff as required to ensure that the implementation of the OT course is comprehensively managed.

- Total remuneration valued to $96,465 - $126,025, including salary component $82,449 - $107,714 (pro rata) pa (Academic Level A), OR $142,635 - $168,287 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $120,529 - $142,305 (pro rata) pa (Academic Level B), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
- 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
- Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
