As an Associate Research Fellow, you will:
- Focus on the role of the maternal and infant microbiome in the early-life origins of health
- Supervise and mentor PhD students to support their research progress and professional development.
- Provide co-supervision for a paediatric trainee’s research project, ensuring appropriate guidance and oversight.
- Coordinate social media reporting and website maintenance.
- Maintain a high-quality data management system to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with research standards and protocols.
- Submit annual fellowship and CIA/B grant funding applications.
To be successful, you’ll have:
- PhD in a relevant discipline and/or other relevant qualifications and experience.
- Emerging research and scholarship through publications, and/or exhibitions as appropriate to the discipline.
- Ability to contribute to communities through research.
- Capacity to contribute to teaching, research and administration.
- Proficiency in the use of REDCap, STATA (desirable) and R for data management, statistical analysis, and reporting.
