This program offers a transformative experience where trainees will engage in immersive on-the-job training and develop essential behavioral skills. Successful candidates may have the opportunity to secure full-time positions within their respective departments upon program completion.

Eligibility:

• Recent graduate with excellent academic performance and a minimum GPA of 3.2 or higher.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Availability to commit to the duration of the internship program, which may vary from 6 months to a year, depending on the specific role and project.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
