Description
The appointee will support a faculty member in the Department of Management in conducting behavioral research, including the design, administration, and analysis of experimental and survey-based studies. The role involves close collaboration with the Principal Investigator on multiple ongoing projects.
Major duties of the appointee may include:
- Programming, testing, and deploying surveys and experiments using Qualtrics
- Learning specific software use
- Recruiting and managing study participants through Prolific and other platforms
- Administering studies and assisting with in-person or online data collection, including manual data collection where required
- Reviewing and refining study materials, stimuli, and protocols prior to launch
- Collecting, cleaning, and organizing archival data
- Conducting literature reviews
- Supporting general research operations and undertaking other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Applicants should have a bachelor's degree or above in management, psychology, economics, behavioral science, or a related discipline, and an excellent command of written and spoken English. The ideal candidate should have a sincere interest in academic research, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Prior experience with Qualtrics, Prolific, and R / R Studio is an advantage. (Duration: 3 months, with the possibility of extension up to 4 months; full-time or part-time arrangements considered)
